Goals

Here are my goals, listed pre-.

  • Lose my belly.  I am not so concerned about my total weight, I want to get rid of my gut.
  • Put on some muscle and get toned.
  • My have always been hard for me to get larger.  I don’t want my huge, but definitely want/need to get them more muscular.
  • I have a hard time eating many meals throughout the day.  drinks 2 or more times a day would help.
  • Increase my .  Either in cardio exercises or in multiple sets, my muscles die out quickly.  Not so much out of breath, cannot run anymore feeling…..it is my muscles cannot go anymore.  I believe my levels are naturally low and depletes quickly.
  • Get motivated when I hit the gym.
  • More energy throughout the day and night.
  • Feel good and confident about myself and my body.
