Goals
Here are my goals, listed pre-challenge.
- Lose my belly. I am not so concerned about my total weight, I want to get rid of my gut.
- Put on some muscle and get toned.
- My legs have always been hard for me to get larger. I don’t want my legs huge, but definitely want/need to get them more muscular.
- I have a hard time eating many meals throughout the day. Protein drinks 2 or more times a day would help.
- Increase my endurance. Either in cardio exercises or in multiple sets, my muscles die out quickly. Not so much out of breath, cannot run anymore feeling…..it is my muscles cannot go anymore. I believe my ATP levels are naturally low and depletes quickly.
- Get motivated when I hit the gym.
- More energy throughout the day and night.
- Feel good and confident about myself and my body.
